I am a Psychotherapist in training in the final year of my Diploma and Masters in Humanistic and Integrative Psychotherapy at the Bath Centre for Psychotherapy and Counselling (BCPC). I have been in supervised private practice since 2018. Prior to this, I worked voluntarily for two years at a charity dedicated to offering low-cost counselling to people who most need it. I have a medical background and have many years of experience in the healthcare sector in a variety of settings, including the NHS.
As a therapist in training, I am able to offer individual Psychotherapy at affordable rates in central Bristol. I am based at the Practice Rooms on Queen Square, a comfortable and welcoming professional space used mainly for talking therapies. I currently charge £40 for each session, including the initial one. Sessions are fifty minutes long on a weekly basis at the same time and day each week.
If you would like to arrange an initial appointment for us to meet and decide whether my services could be of help to you, please e-mail me at e.volonaki@yahoo.gr with your contact details and I will get back to you at the earliest opportunity. Alternatively, you can send me a message using the Contact Menu, or text me on 07875762077.
All texts and e-mails are treated as strictly confidential.
Professional Membership and Ethics
I am registered as a trainee with the United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP). I abide by the Codes of Ethics of both UKCP and my training organisation (BCPC), including their confidentiality policy and General Data Protection Regulation guidance, as well as meeting their requirements for regular supervision by an experienced and accredited supervisor.
